Use of the Website is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" — including minors and undischarged insolvents — are not eligible to register or transact on the Website.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must not create an account or transact on the Website yourself; any purchase on your behalf must be made by your parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate an account and refuse access if we discover a user is under 18.

You can browse most of the Website without an account, but placing an order requires registration. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated.

To protect the platform from spam, fraudulent, and bot-generated accounts, sign-up and login require you to verify your mobile number using a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. By registering, you consent to receive this OTP and related transactional SMS/WhatsApp messages. You agree to:

• Provide a mobile number that belongs to you and that you can actively access;
• Keep any OTP confidential and not share it with anyone — Giftpur will never ask you for your OTP over phone, email, or chat;
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or mobile number; and
• Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your verified account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account used to bypass, automate, or abuse the OTP verification process, or otherwise used for spam, fraud, or bot activity.

By registering on the Website, you consent to receive communications from us — including order confirmations, shipping updates, OTPs, and (where you haven't opted out) promotional messages — via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time as described in our Privacy Policy, while still receiving essential transactional messages.

All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout using an available online payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, or wallet) through our secure payment gateway partner.

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or inability to deliver to the given address; where this happens, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. In short: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 4–7 days thereafter, currently within India only.

Eligible items can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery, as set out in full in our Refund Policy. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Violate any applicable law, or infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
• Create multiple, fake, or automated (bot) accounts, or attempt to bypass our OTP verification or other security controls;
• Transmit any harmful code, spam, or engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Website;
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; or
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, other accounts, or our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section, at our reasonable discretion.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content on the Website, you grant Giftpur a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Website. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not violate any third party's rights.

The Website, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and the "Giftpur" name and branding, is the property of PRIDE PRO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or site content without our prior written consent.

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we don't guarantee they are error-free at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Giftpur's aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Website or any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
